A highly experienced real estate investor owned a large portfolio of rental properties (all fully rented), but wanted to focus his energy and investment in another area of the country. Although fully leased properties sound impressive, they can be an impediment to a sale to another investor. Revive Asset Solutions creatively executed a strategy that sold all properties in a three-month time frame at a much higher than expected price.

A property owner was suffering from dementia and was confined to a nursing home; she was incapable of decision making. Her family, needing ready cash for medical and other obligations, had to sell her property quickly.
The house, a multi-family structure in Lakewood, Ohio, needed major upgrading and renovation, which would have caused serious setbacks in obtaining financing from a traditional lending institution. We found a private investor, willing to offer cash. We then upgraded the property, both structurally and cosmetically, while our investor had his risk collateralized by a tangible asset, which returned his investment in five months.
